📣 UIL Spirit State Championship Information📣 Our cheer team will be competing at the 2026 UIL Spirit State Championships, and we want to make sure families and friends are prepared if you plan to attend. 📍 Location Fort Worth Convention Center 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102 📅 Event Date January 15,2026 Performance time: 3:50 PM 🚪 Spectator Entry • Spectators may ONLY enter from: North side (9th Street) OR South side (near Water Gardens) • No entry on Houston Street • All spectators must pass through security screening 🎟️ Tickets • All tickets are digital only (no cash accepted) • Tickets are purchased through HomeTown Ticketing • Cost: $15 per person • Ages 5 & under are FREE • Each ticket provides a QR code that will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband upon entry • Wristbands are valid only for the day purchased • Tickets are transferable (email/text/screenshot works) ⏰ Doors Open to Spectators • Thursday: 6:45 AM 📣Important things to know: •Atrtificial noise makers are not allowed • No telephoto or zoom lenses permitted during performances • Spectators are not allowed in practice areas 🍔 Food & Concessions • Concessions will be available onsite • No outside food allowed 🅿️ Parking • Downtown Fort Worth offers free parking after 6 PM on weekdays and all weekend in select garages • Street parking meters are free after 6 PM and on weekends 📺 Can’t Attend? • The event will be livestreamed on the NFHS Network (subscription required) Let’s cheer loud and proud

The Wing Bar is back!

On Wednesday, January 14, each school will offer the wing bar for students and staff as a lunch option.

Please see the menus on the website or the Palmer ISD app for more specific details for each campus. The elementary campus will only be offering the boneless options.

Registration is open for the Daddy-Daughter Valentine's Dance hosted by the Palmer High School Belles! Registration forms are available in each of the three campus offices and will come home with elementary students this week! Registration closes February 4th. Join the Belles for a fun dance clinic on Friday, February 27th from 9am-12pm! Participants who register by February 4th will receive a Belles T-shirt and all participants are invited to perform at the Belles Spring Show! Proceeds from this fundraiser help the Belles with competition expenses this spring! Registration forms are available in the campus front offices and will go home with elementary students this week! Lady Bulldogs improve to (3-1) in district play with a 60-39 win over Blooming Grove!

JV Black took care of Blooming Grove tonight! It was another big win by the Bulldogs 47-18.

Lady Bulldogs lead Blooming Grove at the half 30-25.

JV Gold gets a big win over Blooming Grove this evening 40-14.

Congratulations to Hayden Skach! She has been accepted to Texas Woman's University!

We are kicking off the new year by recognizing our December staff member of the month, Miss Beasley, and our teacher of the month, Mrs. Carvalho! Miss Beasley has worked at the elementary for six years and has grown in her leadership over that time. She has a great relationship with all students and is always willing to lend a helping hand. We appreciate her constant smile and great sense of humor! Mrs. Carvalho continues to touch countless lives at PES. Teaching second grade and being their grade level chair, as well as mentoring other students in her hall, Mrs. Carvalho is always looking for ways to serve. Her positivity and laugh are contagious! Palmer ISD has the absolute best staff! You will not find a more dedicated and hard working group of people that selflessly give so much for your kids. Stay tuned as we continue celebrating staff throughout the spring semester!

High School Gym: Varsity Girls- 6 PM Varsity Boys- 7:15 PM Middle School Gym: JV Black- 5 PM JV Gold- 6:15 PM *There is no JV Girls game tonight due to Blooming Grove not having a team.
