Yesterday morning, Holden Smith signed to play soccer with Schreiner University. Congratulations Holden!

Last week, our PHS cheerleaders took the floor at the UIL 2026 Spirit State Championships and gave it their all. We are incredibly proud of this 2026 UIL team. Thank you to our families, friends, administrators, and fans for your unwavering support. We cannot wait to see what next year brings. 🐾📣

Palmer ISD will be closely monitoring potential winter weather conditions later this week and into next week.

We will notify families of any necessary closures or delays to schools or events as soon as possible. If school is cancelled or delayed, families and staff will be notified through the following communication channels:

❄️ Local media outlets - NBC DFW, Fox 4, and South Metro Weather. Please note that Palmer ISD does not control whether external media outlets choose to publish or air the information.

‼️If no announcement is made regarding a delay or closure, classes will proceed as scheduled.

🏀 Basketball Schedule Change 🏀 Due to weather concerns the game times at Grandview have changed. Games will now be played as follows: Varsity Girls- 1 PM Varsity Boys- 2:15 PM All JV games have been canceled

Congratulations to Emma Odle! She has been accepted to the University of Texas at Austin!

Palmer FFA members exhibited their projects today at the Fort Worth Stock Show Ag Mechanics project show. Both groups did an outstanding job and earned blue ribbons on their projects. Projects exhibited were a custom stationary smoker exhibited by Manuel Zarco and Wyatt McElhaney. This BBQ pit will be used in competition by our Bulldog bbq team in upcoming competitions. Some of our Jr FFA members exhibited their chicken coop. Exhibitors were Evelyn Castillo, Claire Nolan, Scarlett Jagielski and Hattie Ross.
