Mrs. Chapman's 5th grade Ag classes enjoyed learning about dairy production the last couple of weeks.
As an added treat, they made the best dairy by-product, ICE CREAM!

Mrs. Chapman's 7th grade Ag and 8th grade AFNR classes have been learning about FFA the last few weeks.
Students have covered projects available to them, leadership competition options, the FFA Motto and this week tackled official dress by performing in their handmade official dress fashion show.
TEA has recently released the ratings for the 23-24 and 24-25 school years. We're so very proud of the hard work of our students, staff, and families as they have shown improvement and growth in each of these school years.

🔵FFA/ Jr. FFA Homecoming Info 🟡 FFA Officers will be hosting float decorating after school Monday thru Wednesday, 8/25-8/27 until 5:15. Students should meet at the Ag Building to help decorate the trailer for Homecoming.

Volleyball 🏐 update
Tomorrow’s game in Ferris will be split into two gyms. 7th grades will be in the high school auxiliary gym and 8th grades will be in main high school gym. 7b/8b at 5pm 7a/8a to follow I posted the online ticket link for these games the other day.

The MS volleyball game for Thursday, August 21st, against Ferris will now be hosted at Ferris High School. They will be played in split gyms, beginning with 7B and 8B at 5:00pm. Both A teams will follow
Our leadership students did a great job today. They put on a skit that encouraged students to be kind and promote positive character traits for the school year!

Middle School Volleyball Practice and Game Site Changes:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the middle school gym cannot be used for volleyball practices or volleyball games. Any after school practice will be held at the admin building gym and practices during the school day will be in the high school gym. Team practices listed on the practice calendar stay the same. This is ONLY location changes.
All middle school home volleyball games will be played in the high school gym. Game times stay the same. 7B begins at 5pm with 8B, 7A, and 8A to follow.

Homecoming is coming soon! Dress up days and pep rally schedule are here.
Kona Ice will be here on Wednesday! Prices are $4, $5, or $6 for a snocone depending on size. All funds raised allow us to buy prizes and incentives for students throughout the school year. It is also a fun treat and break for our students!
