Mrs. Carvalho's students spent more than 10 hours researching dolphins and sharks and making their dioramas. We all learned lots of new facts! Be sure to ask your second grader about their ocean project!

Today at PES, our amazing teachers got to create their own personalized travel bags. They were treated to a delicious potato bar, thanks to Mr. Noack, Mrs. Middlebrooks, and the district. These small tokens of appreciation can't begin to match the heart, time, and energy our teachers give every day, but we hope they felt a fraction of the love and gratitude we have for them. Thank you, teachers – you truly go above and beyond!

These two ladies are making a big impact on our campus! Mrs. Brookman is serving in a new role this year as our Life Skills teacher; she is making positive changes, always advocating for student's needs. Nurse Carlee consistently has a smile on her face and never loses her patience, despite 125+ visits each day! Not only is she a staff member of the month but it's also School Nurse Day! Please join us in congratulating their hard work! 🌟

Day two included lots of caffeine and sugar! One of our families treated our staff to a Freddy's sundae bar! Thank you to the Phillips family for their generous donation! The campus provided a table full of snacks and drinks...our staff loves to eat! 😉

PES and Career Exploration

Today kicked off teacher appreciation week and we celebrated with a taco truck! Did you know that the average teacher works 55+ hours in a week (even with a 4-day instructional week)? Many of those hours are spent working after hours and on weekends. We hope you celebrate all of the hard work and dedication of our staff!

Last chance for elementary yearbook orders! Don't delay - get yours today! We do not purchase any extra copies so this is your final chance to buy the 24-25 yearbook!

Mason has shown incredible progress this school year! He is demonstrating kindness every day. Last week Mrs. Reagan caught him sharing with a friend.

Rowan has improved her self control this year! We are proud of her hard work!

‼️Attention 4th grade parents‼️

Here are a few tips to help our third and fourth graders for Tuesday's test:
1. Get a good night's rest.
2. Eat a hearty breakfast.
3. Pick out clothes the night before.
4. Make sure to get to school on time.
5. Remind your student that they are ready! Students need to hear that a test does not define their success! Your child is precious and special! ❤️

Fourth grade took us on a trip through the decades at tonight's program! We have lots of talent at PES!
Check out our FB page for videos of the show!
