The UIL Academics Speaking Team competed yesterday in Grandview, delivering impressive performances. In Prose, Ava Daniels earned 5th place, and Blair Nash secured 6th place. In Poetry, Kaitlyn Matthews excelled with a 2nd place finish and will be advancing to regionals in April. Congratulations to all who dedicated their time and effort to train and compete this year!
What an awesome day for our Palmer FFA Build Off team. There were 10 teams that competed in the Ellis County Youth Expo Build Off Competition. These teams have 8 hours to build designated project on site. Their task today was to build two racks that were designed to hold panels used for the livestock show. Our team worked extremely hard completing their project. They ended the day as the Reserve Champions of the competition. Please congratulate these individuals on amazing awesome accomplishment.
Fellowship of Christian Students went to Dallas this past weekend to do outreach and pass out sandwiches, water, snacks, and supply bags. They also prepared for future service projects and had a campfire fellowship.
Palmer FFA was well represented at the Ellis County Stock Show this morning.
The morning started with breeding gilts and ended with breeding heifers.

Palmer FFA kicked off the Ellis County Youth Expo Tuesday with the Ag Mechanics Project Show and Ag mech marketplace show. Our exhibitors worked very hard this year on their projects. Palmer FFA Ag Mechanics Exhibitors did an outstanding job presenting their projects. We had a total of 17 projects this year .Please congratulate them on a successful show.
