When: October 25 @ 6:30 p.m.
Where: Palmer Elementary Cafeteria

Shout out to the parents in the car line this afternoon at the elementary school! We had a car stalled and everyone showed grace, letting cars funnel through one line. Thanks for spreading kindness on our campus!
We celebrated with a bounce house for the 171 elementary students that earned perfect attendance for the 1st six weeks! These students were at school every day, all day.
Attendance is important and we appreciate your support in getting your students here on time each day!

Congratulations to our 1st six weeks perfect attendance winner - Guadalupe!
Students that earn perfect attendance for the six weeks are entered into a drawing. One student each six weeks will win a scooter and a $50 Walmart gift card!
Students must be at school every day, all day. Late arrivals and early checkouts will not allow them to have perfect attendance. The tardy bell rings at 7:40 a.m. and dismissal starts at 3:15 p.m.

“Start with Hello” Week Superheroes: Welcoming our students and celebrating the fact that we all belong at Palmer Elementary!

Picture day is coming to Palmer Elementary on October 6th.

Start with Hello week is a program that promotes inclusion and belonging. The goal of the program is that students learn to be inclusive and that no student feels isolated or that they don’t belong. We will have greeters every morning to welcome our students this week. In addition, we will have daily challenges and activities/discussions during the day. Ms. chambless will be doing lessons for our students on being inclusive!
Our Mantra:
1. See Someone Alone
2. Reach out and Help
3. Start with Hello
Monday:
Greeters: Band and Color Guard
Challenge:
“No One Eats/ Plays Alone” Day
(We will make sure everyone feels welcome and included at lunch and recess today!)
