Palmer FFA/ Jr. FFA Weekly Fajr Update:
Sunday and Monday was eventful with Steers in Waco at Heart O' Texas Fair. Kaylee Harper, Tripp Harper and Jenna Rhodes showed well and Kaylee came home with a 3rd place ribbon! 🥉
Today, Kellyn Merkel and Shania Rhodes showed their York Barrows at the State Fair of Texas and did a great job! Although Shania's pig wasn't quite what the judge was looking for, she showed extremely well!
Kellyn fought to the top of the class and placed 6th in the heavy weight Yorks, earning herself a premium check!
Congrats Kellyn! 🏆

Palmer Middle School is celebrating Red Ribbon Week, October 30-November 2. The purpose of this week is to encourage our students and community to live a healthy, drug-free life. We are going to have fun with dressing up each day, but we want to emphasize the importance of keeping the outfits school-appropriate! This month, we are encouraging all parents to have conversations with your kids about the dangers of drugs and the importance of healthy living. #palmermiddle #redribbonweek #livedrugfree #palmerbulldogs
