Our district is honored to support our community with the annual food drive. Canned goods and non-perishable items will be collected October 24-November 4. If we “stuff the bus” Palmer ISD will earn an early release day!


Perfect attendance winner! Each weeks we will draw a student’s name who has been at school every day, every period with no tardies. The winner gets a SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET. The winner for the 1st 6 week is Annabel Cruz-Acosta.

Ag Mechanics and metal technology students hard at work fabricating a set of gates. These first year welding students have already learned the basics of Shielded Metal Arc Welding and are putting to use the Gas Metal Arc Welding process that they just learned.

Ag Mechanics students recently completed a project for our Palmer Bulldog Marching Band. They fabricated some carts that will be used to move props in the bands performance.




Ag Equipment Design and Fabrication students have been working on designing and building some wood working shop tables so we can grow our wood shop side of our ag mechanics program.





Ag Mechanics and metal technology students recently learned the basics of Gas Metal Arc Welding. When learning this process students have become familiar with GMAW welding equipment. They are now familiar with the parts of the equipment as well as how it works, now they are working on perfecting the skill of running quality welds. Students will begin using this skill set that they have learned by fabricating various projects and also working towards earning industry based welding certifications.
