UIL update - buses are leaving Kemp. Students will be dropped at the pavilion.
UIL update - MS UIL students are still competing in Kemp as the competition is behind schedule. We will update you when buses depart Kemp and head back to Palmer.
MS UIL Parents! If your child is attending the UIL meet tomorrow, they should come home with information about when they will return to school. Depending on the meet schedule, some students will be back in time for regular school dismissal, while others will return after school. Please make sure to ask your student. There will also be a concession stand for snacks.

Boys Combo and 8th grade won, while 7th grade lost in a close game.

Eustace has given us a late change. The B game will be at 5:00 in The auxiliary gym (old middle school gym.) The 7A game will be at 5:00 in middle school gym and then 8A 6:00 in MS gym.
MS one act play placed 3rd! Karson McElhaney, Resse Kemp, and Michelle Ramirez got all-star cast awards. Molly Clark and Emerie Rogers got honorable mention cast awards. Madison Colton won the all star crew award.
Congrats to these awesome MS kids and Mrs. Chapman. We are so proud of you all!
Today, 3 of our students competed at the ATSSB Middle School All-Region competition for Regions 3/20 at Quinlan-Ford High School. This competition consisted of students from the 1C, 2C, and 3C classifications.
Lillianna Flores came in 27th out of the 49 clarinets that auditioned and she qualified for the concert band.
Owen Brown came in 5th out of the 19 euphoniums that auditioned and he qualified for the Symphonic band.
Gilberto Lopez came in 28th out of the 61 percussionists that auditioned.
Lillianna Flores and Owen Brown will be performing at the All-Region band concert on January 13th at Canton High School. Congratulations to these students, we are proud of each one of you!
