Mrs. Vasquez's 8th grade math class worked on Spooky Expressions Spider Challenge - Simplifying Expressions.
Match the expression with the correct answer to build spiders.




Our leadership students created and presented lessons for all grade levels over responsibility. This is our character trait for the month of October. Our students did a great job!




This week in 8th grade reading, students brought classic literature to life as they read a dramatic adaptation of Rip Van Winkle. They also practiced writing skills with a constructed response debating whether or not teenagers are too old to trick-or-treat!

8th grade history students playing and celebrating their wins as they prepare for our 6 week test.





Today the Palmer Middle School kindness club met with Mrs. Melton and Mrs. Kemp to carry out their October kindness service project. Students decorated pumpkins with kind messages and motivational phrases and placed them all around our school to help encourage their peers and our staff members.

While we realize the football game has changed, we cannot change our delivery date, nor can we hold items past the day they arrive (10/23)!
This Thursday's MS Football game against Blooming Grove has been cancelled.
This team of jr FFA girls did great job building their chicken coop project for the state fair ag mechanics project show. They showed their project really well today earning a blue ribbon and even had the opportunity to do an interview.



Way to go football 🏈! 7th and 8th grade teams beat Rice. Next game is Oct 23 at Blooming Grove.
