Advanced culinary students wrapped up their cake unit with a spring themed cake competition. Students were able to practice advanced culinary skills and had to make their cake, frosting and fondant all from scratch. The cakes tasted as great as they look!
PHS HOPE squad members passed out Easter eggs to all students during lunch filled with positive notes and a little treat🐣🪺🐰

A huge congratulations to these students on an amazing FCCLA state competition with about 3000 other students from across Texas! They worked so hard and represented Palmer High School so well amongst some very difficult competition this weekend. We could not be more proud of them!
