This is a great opportunity for our students to learn about and witness a once in a lifetime event! We will supply each student with eclipse viewing glasses and let them watch with classmates and friends. Students will be provided snacks and bottled water! This is only for PISD students and staff members.
The Indoor Percussion placed 1st in our class this weekend at the NTCA Indoor percussion contest in Rowlett. This was the first contest of its kind for this group to attend. They had a great performance and we could not be more proud of them. Our next performance will be Feb 24th at Burleson HS.
Congratulations to PHS senior Cutter Burrow. He was recognized this afternoon by the Daughters of the American Revolution for good citizenship.
