Doors will open tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM!

Parents and students here is the schedule we will follow at the high school tomorrow. The first bell will ring at 10 AM. Late arrival students will need to arrive before the start of 2nd period at 10:48 AM.

Due to lingering ice on some of our roads, all Palmer ISD campuses will start at 10:00 AM tomorrow, Thursday, January 29.

Buses will run on a 2 hour delay.

Breakfast will NOT be served in the morning.

Palmer ISD will remain CLOSED on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 due to icy driving conditions.

Palmer ISD will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26, due to weather concerns.

We will continue monitoring road and weather conditions. A decision about Tuesday, January 27, will be made by 5:00 PM on Monday.

Ag mech students put one of their shop built projects to the test this week. Smoker was built by two of our 1st year welding student Manuel Zarco and Casen Cook. The smoker passed the biscuit test. Can't wait to practice smoking a brisket on it with our bbq team as we prepare for the State competition.

Made some progress on the tiny house project this past week. Students caulked and puttied nail holes on the outside as well as started finishing out the ceiling and walls.

Last week Lexey Maxwell finished 4th in her weight class at the Venus Invitational. Congratulations Lexey!

Yesterday morning, Holden Smith signed to play soccer with Schreiner University. Congratulations Holden!

Last week, our PHS cheerleaders took the floor at the UIL 2026 Spirit State Championships and gave it their all. We are incredibly proud of this 2026 UIL team. Thank you to our families, friends, administrators, and fans for your unwavering support. We cannot wait to see what next year brings. 🐾📣
