
PHS HOPE Squad members greeted high school students and staff this morning to kick off HOPE Week. This week we will have several activities to continue to bring awareness to mental health. Tomorrows dress up day is Disney day!







⚾️ Baseball Update
There will be no varsity baseball game in Palmer today. We are working with Village Tech on future plans.

There will be no morning workouts tomorrow morning, March 25th.

Next week, Palmer High School Hope Squad will host Hope Week-a week dedicated to suicide awareness and mental health. We will have dress up days and activities each day. Show your support as we let each student know there is always HOPE!


⚾️ The Bulldogs opened up district play with a win over Village Tech 10-0 last night. They will wrap up the season series at Village Tech Friday at 6 PM.

🥎 The Lady Bulldogs are now (3-0) in district play with a win over Dallas Madison 18-0 last night. District play continues Friday at Scurry-Rosser. First pitch is at 5 PM.

Palmer Fellowship of Christian Students invites you to a student led worship night on the pavilion this Sunday evening. All are welcome!

🥎 Lady Bulldogs beat Alvarado 13-5. Congratulations ladies!


Cutter Burrow competed at the regional powerlifting meet in West on Saturday.
He placed 6th totaling 1325 lbs. Great job Cutter!



The Palmer Indoor Percussion ensemble placed 3rd in our class today at the NTCA Percussion and Winds contest at South Grand Prairie HS.




🥎 SOFTEBALL SITE CHANGE:
Softball games for tonight vs. Dallas Life have been moved to the Red Oak Sports Complex. JV starting at 5, with Varsity following at 6:30.

Reminder: Any students interested in trying out for Belles should pick up a packet in the front office. Tryout clinic starts Monday, 3/18 in the PES Gym 💛

8 girls competed in the Region 3 Powerlifting Meet this past weekend in Commerce.
Jalynn Skach placed 1st in her weight class with a total of 940 lbs. She advanced to the state meet in Frisco on March 14th.
Jacque Stell placed 3rd in her weight class with a total of 800 lbs.
Other lifters competing were
Emilee Cordes - 7th place
Georgia Greenlee - 9th place
Lexey Maxwell - 7th place
Cecelia Rios - 9th place
Emma Spurlock - 10th place
Lexie Turney- 6th place
Overall the team placed 6th out of 26 teams.
