Palmer Elementary Families -

We are excited to host you this year for the Thanksgiving meal held at Palmer Elementary School!

In order to make this occasion run as safely and smoothly as possible, we ask that you buy tickets for the meal in advance and complete a pre-check for each person (18+ years old) who is planning to attend. You can find all the links and information on this page.

The deadline to purchase tickets and complete the pre-check is NOVEMBER 9, 2026.

The menu for the meal includes:

Roast Turkey & Gravy

Cornbread Dressing

Seasoned Green Beans

Mashed Potatoes

Cranberry Sauce

Rolls

Sweet Potato Pie/Pumpkin Pie

Sweet/Unsweet Tea

Some things to note:

• All Palmer Elementary students will eat the Thanksgiving meal for free on this day. There is no need to purchase a ticket for their meals.

• If you are planning to attend the Thanksgiving meal with your student, you will not be allowed to bring in outside food on this day only.

• Tickets for the Thanksgiving meal are $6.00 (+processing fee) per family member. All guests must have a ticket.

• There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the meal tickets and pre-check.

• The meal with your student will take place in the Palmer Elementary gym. You will enter the building at the gym entrance. It will be clearly marked.

• Lunch times for each grade level are as follows: (Please note they are listed in the correct order of times)

Parking will be available in front of the elementary school, in the church parking lot adjacent to the elementary school, or across the street by the baseball field.

STEP 1: Purchase tickets for the Thanksgiving meal for each person who is attending.

Remember, PES students will eat the Thanksgiving meal for free.

STEP 2: Complete a pre-check for each person (18+ years old) who is attending. You will need a photo ID for this website.

STEP 3: Check in outside the elementary school gym at the appropriate time on November 17 and enjoy the Thanksgiving feast with your student!

Should you choose to check your student out from school on this day, you will need to exit the gym after eating lunch and check them out in the front office.
