Melissa Cunningham
As I enter my eighteenth year in education, I am excited to be in Palmer ISD. Education has always been my passion and I knew from a young age that I wanted to follow in my parent's footsteps and become a teacher. After completing eight years in the classroom and seven as an Assistant Principal, I am proud to lead Palmer Elementary and work among an incredible staff as we provide a quality education for our students.
I graduated from Texas A&M University, where I met my husband, and we began our lives as dedicated Aggie fans! We have one son who recently fell in love with the game of basketball. Outside of school, our family enjoys movies, the park and traveling. Some of our favorite vacation spots include Colorado, cruising to the Caribbean and Disney!
I am proud to work in public education, proud to work alongside our students and proud to be a Palmer Bulldog!
